Rosetta is an experienced, award-winning creative director and writer to the design and advertising industry, and an award-winning poet and writer of fiction. Rosetta’s work has been published in many literary Journals in New Zealand
and Australia.

 

She was first-equal in the 2012 IWW Kathleen Grattan Award for a Sequence of Poems alongside Janet Charman, judged by Jack Ross. First-equal Best Poetry at the 2011 Metonymy Exhibition alongside Renee Liang, judged by Riemke Ensing. Awarded Highly Commended by James George in the 2012 Jocelyn Grattan Short Story Award, and won a place in the Pacific Pictures Script to Screen Emerging Writers Lab for scriptwriting. Rosetta has performed her poetry widely and emceed several poetry events such as Divine Muses as part of New Zealand’s National Poetry Day.

 

To date Rosetta has published two volumes of poetry,
'Little Rock' (2007), and 'Over Lunch' (2010). Her first novel 'Purgatory' will be published in 2014 by Penguin Books
New Zealand. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Linguistics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising Creativity.
